The weekly rates in Euros are:

The rent for Easter, Christmas/New year is Eur 2200 per week.

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the rest is payable eight weeks in advance of the commencement of the stay. If bookings are made less than ten weeks in advance of the commencement of the stay, the whole amount is payable at this time. Any amount paid above the initial 20% will be non-refundable unless we secure a substitute booking for that period on the same terms. It is recommended that all guests take out cancellation insurance.

All prices are inclusive of towels, bedding, cleaning services and taxes.

All payments may be made by bank transfer in Euros, Pounds or Zloty. A 10% breakages deposit will be taken, which is refundable after the stay.
